Neil Flatley | Managing Director
Neil started the business in 1995. Trained as an accountant and has worked in London and Manchester before returning to Blackburn to start his bridal career.
Heads up a team, approaching 20 employees at sites in Blackburn and in Lincolnshire and is currently and has been for some time the only male within the company!
Angela is the office manager at Linzi Jay she has been with the company for over 10 years now.
She runs a popular and efficient sales office which has a fantastic reputation for customer service and reliability. Very popular with all customers and in particular from her native Ireland. Angela has worked in the bridal trade for well over 20 years so has huge amounts of experience and knowledge.
Debbie has 2 functions within the company, one is merchandiser for the majority of Linzi Jay products and the other is a senior member of our sales team. Having a good eye for best sellers and popular products has helped her build up a good reputation within the business, knowledge which is then passed down to our customers for their benefit
Debbie has been with Linzi Jay since day one so like Angela has a huge amount of experience within bridal.
Kerry is responsible for the marketing activities within the company. Her duties include updating the website, sending mail shots and running the social media pages. Kerry organises the photoshoots and images for the new brochures including advertising in Bridal Buyer and Attire magazines
Alongside being the Marketing Manager Kerry is actively involved in the sales team taking calls, order processing and dealing with new customer enquiries. She has been with Linzi Jay for 6 years.
Sam has joined us from university and is new to the bridal trade, she is currently learning about the industry.
Based in the sales office Sam's duties include answering the telephone, processing sales orders and dealing with general enquiries as well as being actively involved in the running of our marketing activities who looks after social media pages for our designer label Arianna Tiaras and our newest label George Anthony Bridal
Debbie is our chief designer with speciality in tiaras and headdresses.
She joined the company in 2001 and is now in charge of design, production and despatch at our Arianna unit. Now responsible for much of the future Linzi Jay marketing and photography.
Her knowledge of current and future trends in Bridal accessories is proven and Debbie continues to be a vital part of the Linzi Jay / Arianna success story.
Very popular and very likeable character who is one of the most recognised faces of Linzi Jay. The main sales representative for Linzi Jay in the north of England, Scotland and the Midlands.
Fantastic knowledge of the products and styles with an effervescent personality to match. Travels hundreds of miles week in and week out to keep her customers and her boss happy ... long may that continue!

Another very popular and likeable sales representative for Linzi Jay this time covering Eire and Northern Ireland and a number of areas in the East of England. Part of the Lister " dynasty " Keren followed her father John into the trade and has inevitably picked up many of his proven selling techniques and knowledge!
Superb product knowledge Keren is both respected and trusted and has known most of her Irish clients for many years. Been with LInzi Jay& for a number of years and an integral part of our super team!
Katie is our newest member of staff, she has joined the Linzi Jay team on an apprenticeship.
She has been recruited to assist with the manufacturing of belts, veils, straps, jackets, dresses and much more. She has machine sewing and hand sewing and skills. She has lots of new and exciting ideas for the Linzi Jay collections and we look forward to introducing them to the range. As well as working at Linzi Jay she will be completing an apparel machinist apprenticeship.
